Athlete Birth Certificates Needed

We will need a copy of your child's birth certificate if they are 7 years or older.

You can scan the copy, or take a clear picture of it and email to hallmarktrack@gmail.com.

If your child participated with Hallmark in 2019, you do not need to send in a birth certificate because we already have it from the last year.
