**Arrive at the track at 7:00am. Please be on time. The meet runs on a rolling schedule
**Brint your $10 payment for your athlete to practice by Thursday at 7pm. Because the meet is using F.A.T., athletes need to be entered into the system before the meet for their events. No entries after deadline.
**Attire: wear uniform if you have one. If not, wear any combination of yellow, black, and white.
**The F.A.T. times from this meet will determine spots on 4x100 and 4x400
