Health & Safety Precautions


1. We ask that if you or your athlete feels sick, has a fever or feverish, has cough, chills, sore throat, loss of taste or smell or any possible COVID related symptoms, that you stay at home and not come to practice.


2. Masks are required for the athletes ages 9 and over and must be worn during all non-running activity during practice. When running on the track at practice, athletes will be placed in every other lane or staggered in the lanes.


3. We strongly encourage all parents to stay outside of the gates of the practice area. The practice area has a chain-linked fence around it, so you are more than welcome to bring a chair and sit around the fence. If you choose to sit in the stands, you must wear a mask and practice social distancing.


4. Athletes will have regular sanitization breaks and water breaks. We ask that you supply your athlete with their own reusable water bottle.
